Hresult 0x80131047 Fresh Project

Microsoft Hates Apostrophes 

So this was noobish, but I discovered that this error is caused by an apostrophe in the Assembly Name. Bug in Visual Studio apparently.

I named the new project Steve'sApp. A project name like that is fine, but be sure to change the Assembly Name to not include the apostrophe.

I would hope any common sense person could discover this on their own, but if you were including a bunch of assemblies I can see how this might throw you you for a while.
